        主要从事恶性肿瘤的发病机制与药物靶点发现研究,主持国家自然科学基金项目5项、江苏省“六大人才高峰”创新团队项目1项、江苏省自然科学基金项目2项、山东省自然科学基金创新发展联合基金1项、江苏省方剂高技术研究重点实验室重点项目1项,参与江苏省“双创计划”团队项目1项;发表SCI论文逾50篇,累计影响因子逾500;获得国家发明专利授权8项;获得2023年江苏省高等学校科学技术研究成果一等奖及2024年南京中医药科学技术奖一等奖;获得江苏省研究生教育改革成果优秀奖;负责国家研究生教育智慧教育平台首批上线的研究生课程《高等病理学》;主持江苏省研究生教育教学改革课题1项,南京中医药大学中西医临床医学品牌专业教学改革研究开放课题重点课题1项,南京中医药大学本科课程思政精品课程1门。指导江苏省优秀博士学位论文1人次、江苏省优秀毕业生2人次、国家奖学金4人次;国家级大学生创新创业训练计划3项、江苏省“挑战杯”大学生创业计划竞赛银奖2项、“互联网+”江苏省大学生创新创业大赛二等奖2项、“全国大学生基础医学创新研究暨实验设计论坛”本科院校基础临床赛道省级三等奖3项、中医药赛道省级一等奖1项且获全国总决赛国家银奖。
